The Wadhwa Pepsico project was undertaken for Wadhwa, with a project value of ₹176 lakhs. The development comprises distinct retail, residential, and commercial components, including retail facilities with basement, ground, first-level, and parking areas; residential facilities extending from basement and ground levels through the 17th floor; and commercial facilities extending from basement and ground levels through the 19th floor. The project scope included fire alarm and public address systems, utilizing Edwards solutions to support reliable fire detection, occupant notification, and emergency communication across the development.
